Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner About the Opportunity Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive key people initiatives across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering closely with managers and employees to support employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and department managers to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives Partner with leadership on talent acquisition strategies and hiring needs Drive employee engagement efforts and support initiatives that strengthen culture and retention Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making Support compensation and performance review processes Collaborate with HR and business teams on change management initiatives and process improvements Assist with implementation and execution of training and employee development programs Ensure consistent application of HR practices across assigned business units Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity Prior experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices Experience partnering with leaders at multiple levels of the organization Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred Experience supporting multi-site operations is a plus Exposure to workforce planning, change management, and organizational development initiatives preferred What Our Client Offers Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to partner directly with leadership and influence business strategy Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Career growth and professional development opportunities Stable and growing organization within the manufacturing industry Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
