Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tow Driver and become a vital part of our roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient load and unload processes. Your mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics skills will be essential to troubleshoot minor issues and assist with automotive repairs when needed. Duties Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and tow truck models, to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, or storage yards Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or specialized tools, ensuring secure placement during transit Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues or damage before towing Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally Assist with automotive repair tasks or mechanical troubleshooting as part of vehicle recovery when applicable Manage conflict situations effectively by maintaining composure and resolving issues with professionalism Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure safe operations at all times Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license suitable for operating heavy-duty tow trucks Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, and working with manual transmissions Familiarity with automotive repair tools, flatbed towing equipment, and forklift operation for loading vehicles Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly while maintaining excellent customer relations Skilled in load & unload procedures ensuring vehicle security during transit Mechanic experience preferred to assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting on-site Excellent driving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise and mechanical skills make a real difference!
