RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Own full-cycle recruiting: postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication Coordinate interviews and serve as the go-to contact for candidates and hiring managers Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth processes and compliance Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies and procedures Help build and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Process payroll in partnership with accounting Oversee benefits administration, 401(k) and profit-sharing programs Support performance management and employee relations efforts Contribute to HR initiatives, compliance, and internal programs
WHAT YOU BRING AS A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR 2
years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing, evolving environment High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
