Role Summary The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team across a variety of functions including onboarding, employee records management, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee support. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR processes are organized, efficient, and employee-focused while supporting the overall goals of the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ingredients:
Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Support Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HRIS systems Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, and payroll processes Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication Prepare onboarding materials and new hire paperwork Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes HR Operations Support HR reporting, metrics, and data tracking Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and company events Support leave administration and workers' compensation documentation Benefits & Compliance Support benefits enrollment and employee benefit inquiries Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and HR file managementThe Perfect Blend:
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1-3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Our Table?
