HR Coordinator / Administrative Support (temp to hire tole)
Location:
Leetonia, OH (Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM

PM Pay Rate:
$20
  • 23/hour
Duration:
Minimum 3 months (potential for extension)
Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and front desk support to the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for candidates, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of administrative and HR support experience required in a manufacturing/production setting Experience with ADP, iCIMS, or similar HR systems required (atleast 1 year) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the front desk point of contact , greeting and directing visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional manner Order supplies, entry into ADP, light recruiting, site at front desk Coordinate onsite interviews, including scheduling logistics and ensuring candidates are routed appropriately Support recruiting activities in ADP and iCIMS , including data entry, candidate tracking, and report generation Assist HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition with hiring processes and onboarding coordination Prepare and format correspondence, letters, memos, presentations, and other documents, including confidential materials Maintain and organize employee records through electronic and paper filing systems Answer and direct phone calls, providing general administrative support as needed Order office and HR-related supplies and assist with vendor coordination Arrange meetings, lunches, and support event setup as needed Complete reports and maintain accurate HR data within systems Support special projects and additional administrative tasks for the HR team Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information #
