Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the processing of all HR/PR/Credentialing activities for the organization Maintaining, organizing and updating documents for all employees (such as background checks, reference checks, resumes, I-9, state tax form, W-4 form, fringe benefits etc.) Supervises the Human Resource Assistant Reviewing and processing ADP payroll semi-monthly. Ensuring pay data is correct and approved for employees and consultant/contractors. Maintaining leave accrual balances for accuracy Maintaining and processing the organization's insurances annually with insurance brokers (Professional Liability, General Liability, Commercial, Cyber, Auto, Workers Comp, etc.) Review, prepare and submit documentation for payment of Fringe Benefits monthly Oversee the credentialing process for all providers, files set up and maintained with up-to-date documents Credentialing/revalidation of providers for DC & MD Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance as well as the agency. Assist in the renewing of Health Insurances and Fringe Benefit Contracts Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. A combination of job-related experience and job-related education can be substituted for degree. Experience with ADP payroll and Bamboo highly preferred.
