This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape talent management initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and cultivate a positive employee experience across all store locations. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development. Oversee talent sourcing and recruiting processes, including interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation to attract top talent that reflects the community's diversity. Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training & development programs. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation regulations, and other legal requirements across all locations. Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Lead HR program management initiatives including succession planning, organizational design, change management, and process improvement efforts to optimize operational efficiency. Supervise HR team members responsible for payroll processing (Paycom), HR sourcing, and employee evaluation procedures. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic planning initiatives that support business growth while maintaining a strong focus on human capital management. Experience Proven experience in human resources management within retail or grocery environments is highly preferred. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and employee relations within diverse communities. Supervisory experience leading HR teams or departments with strong organizational design skills. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage contracts and foster positive employee relations. Ability to analyze data collection reports for decision-making; experience with data analysis tools is advantageous. Skilled in strategic planning, program management, conflict resolution, and process improvement initiatives at senior leadership levels. Position is on-site Monday-Friday. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

$115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
