GENERAL LABOR
:
PRODUCE COMPANY
In the role of General Labor, you will be essential in supporting the operations within a manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in factory work, picking, packing, Labeling ,wrapping and working in general labor to ensure efficient production. Your experience in warehouse operations and proficiency will be vital in maintaining workflow and safety standards.
Duties:
  • MUST be able to lift more 30
  • 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or Food environment.
  • Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • picking, packing, labeling, scanning.
  • Maintain a fast pace while working.
  • Operate Machinery
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
  • Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand and power tools. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Experience working in a manufacturing facility and on assembly lines. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on human resources collaboration.
