Human Resources Generalist

Your expertise will support strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance efforts across the organization. This position offers opportunity for advancement. Duties Conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures such as employee orientation and training & development programs. Oversee benefits administration and payroll approval. Administer human resources management functions including employee evaluation, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives to promote a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements through diligent data collection and documentation. Lead change management projects related to organization design, workforce management strategies. Facilitate conflict management Proven experience in human resources management or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies Familiarity with benefits administration Strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures., and affirmative action planning. Proficiency in project management tools and concepts related to organization design and strategic workforce planning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence positive change within the organization. Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
