Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits and answer employee questions regarding HR policies
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping processes
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
- Update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate documentation ?
