Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility for Maryland SLP licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in process of obtaining (CFY candidates encouraged to apply) Prior experience working in school settings is valued Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Provide assessments, evaluations, and direct therapy for students with a range of speech and language challenges Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families Participate in IEP meetings and deliver timely, accurate reporting Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs Serve as a resource for staff and parent education on speech-language issues
