Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in fostering a positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic personality will help shape our organizational culture and streamline HR processes to promote growth and engagement across the company. Responsibilities Oversee time and attendance tracking and payroll for approximately 350+ employees. Onboarding of new hires and assist with employee orientation. Some of these duties may require day travel to some of our clinic sites from time to time. Assist the HR Manager with employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
Maintenance / Data
entry for our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Reconciliation of monthly benefits statements. Oversee maintenance of I9 records. Monthly reporting including staffing reports, etc. Assist employees with benefits issues and enrollments and support annual open enrollment. Qualifications Minimum of two years experience in an administrative role with at least one year of dedicated human resources/payroll experience, preferrably as an HR Generalists. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Isolved is desirable Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications, especially excel and spreadsheets Able to work in a collaborative team environment Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.Benefits:
