Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and helping maintain efficient HR processes within a growing technology company. The HR Assistant will work closely with HR leadership to maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment activities, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with New York employment regulations.

AssociateResponsibilities Assist with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding, including preparing onboarding materials and maintaining personnel files. Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and recruitment communications. Support benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and responding to employee inquiries. Track required employment documentation including I-9 verification, W-4 forms, and other compliance paperwork. Assist with HR reporting, employment verifications, and internal HR communications. Support company initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training coordination, and performance review processes.
