Job Summary Camelot Emergency Water Removal is seeking a detail-oriented and driven HR Generalist to support our growing team across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll processing, supporting benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys supporting both employees and leadership. This position will also oversee recruiting coordination, internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and scheduling responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while helping foster a positive and supportive company culture. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Employee Lifecycle Manage full-cycle employee processes including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance Coordinate and process new hire paperwork (I-9 verification, background checks, system access, DOT scheduling) Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and questions Track and manage PTO, attendance, timekeeping, and overtime compliance Process payroll through ADP , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission Support Operations Managers with employee relations and disciplinary actions Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including required workplace postings Oversee Workers' Compensation claims and OSHA reporting requirements Manage medical support orders and employee documentation Maintain employee records, compliance documentation, and internal tracking systems Own and manage the employee on-call schedule, ensuring proper coverage, fairness, and clear communication across teams Recruiting & Talent Coordination Coordinate recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling Track offer letters, compensation adjustments, and employee status changes Maintain accurate records for W9 contractors and temporary labor tracking Employee Engagement & Internal Communication Coordinate employee recognition efforts, including birthday and work anniversary acknowledgments, and assist with planning and organizing company events such as the annual holiday/Christmas party Communicate new hires, promotions, and company updates internally Support a positive company culture through consistent communication and engagement initiatives Qualifications Experience in HR, payroll, office management, or a related role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Knowledge of HR & payroll processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management Experience with recruiting coordination and onboarding processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel Knowledge of ADP preferred
Pay:
