Salary :

$20.73/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Employment & Recruitment Director Summary :

Performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for the Hiring & Recruitment Departments which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures regarding hiring and compensation. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

Minimum Qualifications :
