Human Resources Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment and labor laws, and organizational development. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human capital management strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Taleo, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to foster continuous improvement. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll processing via platforms like Paychex or ADP, and benefits administration systems such as Workday or UltiPro. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA standards and FMLA requirements while maintaining accurate data collection and record-keeping. Lead change management projects related to organizational design, succession planning, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) upgrades like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Collaborate on affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture. Utilize project management skills to coordinate HR initiatives efficiently while maintaining a focus on strategic planning and workforce management. Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced corporate environment. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR best practices. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Lever. Strong background in benefits administration through systems like Paychex, Workday, or ADP; payroll processing experience is highly desirable. Skilled in employee relations, conflict management, performance evaluation processes, and training & development programs. Experience with HRIS systems including Oracle

HCM, SAP

SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft; familiarity with social media management for employer branding is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization; adept at organizational design and strategic planning. Prior project management experience involving change initiatives within human resources functions is preferred. $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
