Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territories, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) sales channels. Manage existing accounts with a proactive approach to upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through excellent service and support. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns to fuel business development efforts. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive direct sales initiatives. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing profitability. Perform territory management by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing strategic outreach efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining long-term relationships. Collaborate with internal teams on product updates, technical support, and training sessions to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively. Expertise in business development strategies that generate new leads and expand existing accounts. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations confidently. Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for territory management and sales planning. Skilled in cold calling techniques, lead generation tactics, and direct sales approaches to maximize outreach efforts. Knowledge of marketing principles that support territory-specific campaigns and brand positioning. Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus, along with strong customer service orientation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
