Job Description

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find a Human Resources Manager, based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, experience managing all aspects of Human Resources operations, and the ability to effectively support employees and management while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Human Resources Manager Compensation:
  • $89,440 - $93,600

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of related HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and, Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall administration, coordination, and organization of the Human Resources department
  • Manage recruitment efforts for all personnel, including advertising, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Ensure employee files and personnel policies are compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee worker's compensation claims and health and safety programs
  • Advise management on policies, employee relations, accommodations, and compliance matters
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
