Revolution Concrete Mixers is expanding and launching a new manufacturing facility in Waverly, IA. This site will play a critical role in supporting our growing customer base and represents a major investment in innovation, quality, and community. Revolution Concrete Mixers designs and manufactures premium concrete mixer trucks and systems trusted by producers across North America. Along with our London Machinery brand, we represent a combined 171 years of industry and mixer-building knowledge, serving customers across the United States, Canada, and globally. Our success is built by skilled teams who take pride in what they do. We're looking for experienced Human Resources Safety Specialist who wants to be a part of growing our business.   • we're building careers in Waverly. What You'll Do These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
  • Partner with plant leadership to support the launch and ramp-up of a new manufacturing facility
  • Create a safety first culture alongside plant leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with all levels of employees.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning for production, engineering, quality, etc.
  • Execute full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training for personnel.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Director of Human Resources on forecasting and staffing plans.
  • Support development of site culture, values, and leadership expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety regulations (OSHA or relevant safety authorities), including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and health and safety.
  • Assist in administering HR and safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR administration tasks
  • attendance management tracking, employee documentation, support benefits enrollment
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees onsite.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers, supervisors, and leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
  • Support HR initiatives related to retention, engagement, and workforce productivity. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3
  • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HRIS and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently as the sole HR leader on-site.
Strong business partnership with operational leaders.
