WHAT WE NEED
Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for partnering with the HR Manager within the HR Department in the day-to day HR operations. This position balances hands-on execution with process improvement, ensuring compliance, consistent employee experience, and timely HR support companywide.
JOB DUTIES
  • Holding responsibility over the company's hours tracking, time and attendance, and payroll
  • Administering the company's designated benefits package, including, but not limited to, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K)
  • Overseeing the employee on-boarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment
  • Understanding and administering all human resource policies & programs
  • Issuing employee notices and communication as necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state labor law requirements
  • Coordinating with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs
  • Maintain accurate HR data, personnel files, and reporting dashboards
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment and partnership with hiring managers
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalate complex issues as needed Related Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or business-related discipline is preferred
  • Experience:
    5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity
  • SHRM and OSHA certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in utilizing Payroll/ Time Management systems Other Skills/Abilities

  • Experience in timekeeping, payroll & benefits administration

  • Ability to treat employees ethically and fairly must be demonstrated
  • Highly structured organizational skills
