Job Description:
Lead the people systems behind a growing mission-driven organization. We're seeking a VP, HR Technology to lead the next chapter of HR systems, people data, and digital capability for a large, complex organization. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on, strategic leader who can optimize Workday , strengthen data governance, elevate people analytics, and drive adoption across the organization. What you'll do:
  • Lead the multi-year HR technology roadmap with Workday at the center
  • Own Workday strategy, governance, optimization, and lifecycle management
  • Oversee HRIS, people analytics, reporting, and workforce intelligence
  • Strengthen data governance, security, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Partner across HR, IT, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and business leadership
  • Lead change management, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Build and develop a strong team across HRIS, analytics, and program delivery What we're looking for:
  • 10+ years leading HR technology and people data functions
  • Deep Workday experience with direct platform ownership
  • Experience leading HRIS and people analytics teams in complex organizations
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, talent, payroll, and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Workday certifications a plus
  • Nonprofit or healthcare experience helpful Early priorities:
  • Build relationships and credibility across the organization
  • Optimize Workday configuration and usability
  • Improve controls, governance, and reporting
