Job Description
Successful Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Prior experience providing C-Suite/Executive level administrative support Mastery of administrative skills: project management, organization, attention to detail, exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) Expert-level technological fluency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) with confidence (and demonstrated ability) to quickly learn and navigate new technology platforms Mastery of communication & interpersonal skills: leadership, collaboration, proactive problem-solving, emotional intelligence, judgment, business acumen, and decision making Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments and anticipate executive, team and organization needs Ability to manage and protect highly sensitive and confidential information Ability to work independently and proactively deliver innovative solutions and resolve issues with minimal direction How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these: Experience with enterprise software packages such as Workday, Concur, SAP Experience conducting data analysis Familiarity with Aerospace corporate organizational structures, policies, processes, and practices Current/ActiveTS/SSBI/SCI

Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. (Min - Max) $41.36 - $62.04Pay Basis:
