Lead the people systems behind a growing mission-driven organization. We're seeking a VP, HR Technology to lead the next chapter of HR systems, people data, and digital capability for a large, complex organization. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on, strategic leader who can optimize Workday , strengthen data governance, elevate people analytics, and drive adoption across the organization. What you'll do:- Lead the multi-year HR technology roadmap with Workday at the center
- Own Workday strategy, governance, optimization, and lifecycle management
- Oversee HRIS, people analytics, reporting, and workforce intelligence
- Strengthen data governance, security, compliance, and audit readiness
- Partner across HR, IT, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and business leadership
- Lead change management, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Build and develop a strong team across HRIS, analytics, and program delivery What we're looking for:
- 10+ years leading HR technology and people data functions
- Deep Workday experience with direct platform ownership
- Experience leading HRIS and people analytics teams in complex organizations
- Strong knowledge of compensation, talent, payroll, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Workday certifications a plus
- Nonprofit or healthcare experience helpful Early priorities:
- Build relationships and credibility across the organization
- Optimize Workday configuration and usability
- Improve controls, governance, and reporting
