Job Description

Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including significant experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies. Proven experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership teams on strategic business and organizational initiatives. Demonstrated success building and scaling People functions through periods of rapid growth and organizational change. Deep expertise across talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into impactful people strategies. Experience leading global People teams supporting distributed organizations across multiple geographies. Exceptional executive presence, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive informed decisions. Experience with modern HR technologies and digital transformation initiatives. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and/or
SHRM-SCP
certification preferred.
