Qualifications Education and Experience:

Master's degree in labor relations, human resources, public administration, education, business administration, law, or a related field, and seven (7) years of increasingly responsible labor relations or human resources experience, including substantial experience in collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and contract administration, are required. Possession of a Juris Doctor degree is desirable.

Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements:

Valid California driver's license. Fingerprinting through SUSD PD, Tuberculosis clearance. In order to be considered, the applicant must provide: Copy of Transcript (Copy of degrees and/or transcripts.) Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please submit three letters of recommendation from professional or academic references. All letters must be dated on or after 05/13/2025.)
