Work Model:
On-Site What You'll Do:
Own and lead core HR capabilities: people, culture, total rewards, employee development, succession planning, and employee-owner engagement Develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with our client's global growth, organizational goals, and strategic pillars Oversee talent acquisition for hourly, salaried, technical, and leadership roles—driving recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding efforts Manage benefits programs, compensation structures, and vendor relationships to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity Lead employee relations initiatives, including investigations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance across all jurisdictions, including Latin America and Africa Develop and implement leadership development, training, and performance management systems Foster a strong culture of employee ownership, engagement, and organizational development Support M&A activities, including workforce assessment, onboarding, and integration of acquired employees Oversee HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making What You Will Need toBe Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading an HR function in manufacturing or industrial environments Deep knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems Proven experience scaling HR functions during organization growth, multi-site expansion, or acquisitions Demonstrated leadership ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and a practical approach to HR processes Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally Multi-site and multi-state HR leadership experience, especially in international settings Fluency in Spanish Expertise in M&A workforce integration and post-close HR strategy Some international HR exposure Experience supporting executive compensation reviews and Board interactionsBenefits Overview:
