What You'll Be Doing Support HR Operations by enhancing existing HR processes through the use of AI tools, automation, and digital solutions Assist with managing and tracking HR Operations projects, including timelines, documentation, and deliverables Partner with HR team members to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations that support operational decision‑making Document standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What Are We Looking For Enrollment in the later years of a bachelor's degree program or a master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field Strong interest in HR Operations, process improvement, project management, and applied technology Ability to learn, test, and apply AI‑enabled tools in an HR environment Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively and independently Work Environment This is an office‑based role within a collaborative and professional HR environment. The internship provides hands‑on experience in HR Operations and is designed to complement academic coursework. The position may be eligible for college credit and/or participation in a CO‑OP program, subject to school requirements and approvals.
