Job Description

Roessel Joy is partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization in the Greater Boston area for a Senior Vice President of Human Resources . We're looking for an experienced HR executive who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. This person will be a key member of the leadership team and will oversee all areas of Human Resources while partnering with senior leadership to support the organization's continued growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the overall HR function, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, learning and development, and HR operations Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on people strategy and organizational planning Coaching and supporting leaders on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning Developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention Ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws Leading, mentoring, and developing the HR team Driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and improve the employee experience
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience Non-Profit HR experience highly preferred Experience leading an HR department in a complex organization Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent management Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or
SHRM-SCP/SPHR

Pay:
$125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
