Position:
Mid-Plains Community College is looking for an experienced, high energy and enrollment driven individual to lead the Enrollment Management Team, Strategic Enrollment Plan, and drive enrollment growth for the MPCC area. Candidates must demonstrate leadership of a Strategic Enrollment Plan, strong background in recruiting and marketing, and provide examples of successful enrollment initiatives. Responsibilities include enrollment reporting, tracking, strategizing and researching enrollment trends and initiatives for a rural area. Qualified candidates must build relationships with area high schools and businesses, oversee the recruiting, retention, and the student onboarding process and develop strong partnerships with teams college wide. This position will oversee Admissions/Recruiting, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Advising and experience/knowledge in each of these areas is crucial. Travel between all MPCC campuses is required.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. MPCC consists of three main campuses, one located in McCook, Nebraska and two located in North Platte, Nebraska. Additionally, there are community campus sites in Broken Bow, Imperial, Ogallala and Valentine with satellite classrooms located throughout the area. Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree or 10+ years experience in related fields is required. Strong leadership skills, excellent people skills, also knowledge in marketing, planning, project management, customer service, budgeting, and general problem solving are beneficial. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
