Under HCS, the Vice President of Human Resources position serves as the senior HR executive for the organization and provides strategic leadership across all human capital functions. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategy with enterprise-wide business objectives, advising the CEO and Board of Directors, and ensuring effective governance of labor relations, compliance, risk management, and organizational effectiveness across a multi-union environment.
