Pink Moon Consulting is partnering with our client to identify an experienced Senior Human Resources Transformation Consultant who is passionate about helping organizations modernize their HR functions through strategy, technology, innovation, and AI-enabled solutions. If you enjoy partnering with executive leaders, solving complex organizational challenges, and helping clients build the HR function of the future, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact. What You'll D o- Lead HR transformation initiatives for mid-to-large organizations .
- Partner with executive leaders to develop modern HR strategies and operating models .
- Guide clients through HR technology, process improvement, and organizational transformation .
- Incorporate AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve HR operations and employee experiences .
- Deliver strategic recommendations that help organizations become more agile, efficient, and future-ready . What We're Looking F or
- Bachelor's degree (business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology or similar). Advanced degree preferre d.
- 8+ years of external HR transformation consulting experien ce
- Experience leading large-scale HR transformation or organizational change initiativ es
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and HR technolo gy
- Experience with platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise HR technologi es
