As the AVP of HR Operations, you will serve as the strategist and operations leader behind the people infrastructure, responsible for designing and overseeing the total rewards and operational /technology frameworks that deliver exceptional results within the organization. Your Impact Strategic Architect:
Lead the evolution of the compensation philosophy and job architecture to drive market competitiveness and internal equity.
Digital Transformation Leader:
Oversee and implement the next generation of HR technology, ensuring systems are not just functional, but pivotal to operational scalability.
Culture Catalyst:
Design wellness and support programs that honor the resilience of all employees.
Collaborative Partner:
Working with executive leadership including the CHRO, serving as a key advisor across HR operations. Strategic Leadership Responsibilities Lead and develop HR teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and clinical leaders to align HR operations with business strategy and compliance needs Manage vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize service delivery and performance Drive vendor SLAs, cost efficiencies, and employee satisfaction to maximize ROI Evaluate operational programs and implement process improvements Adapt leadership style to effectively support diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Perform other duties as assigned HR Operations & Total Rewards Leadership Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy Oversee pay programs, market pricing, and compensation cycles Ensure compliance across compensation, benefits, leave, and employee health programs Direct benefits administration, wellness, workers' compensation, and leave management Lead HR systems and digital transformation initiatives Optimize HR operations, service delivery, and employee support functions Oversee Employee Health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs Drive continuous improvement through analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional partnership Compensation $212,193 - $265,241 annually Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
