Role Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Lead with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks, security best practices, and least privilege principles across enterprise environments. This role requires a self-driven leader who can independently drive strategic IAM initiatives, manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and provide executive-level reporting while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and security governance. Key Responsibilities IAM Governance & Program Management Lead IAM governance programs, policies, standards, and control frameworks across the organization. Drive adoption of IAM best practices, least-privilege access models, and security-by-design principles. Manage IAM program budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and service performance. Prepare and present IAM metrics, risks, compliance posture, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Partner with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology teams to ensure alignment of IAM objectives with organizational goals. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Lead cross-functional teams across security, infrastructure, application, risk, and compliance functions. Drive strategic planning, roadmap definition, and execution of IAM initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on identity security strategy. Required Qualifications Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Strong experience implementing IAM governance frameworks and enforcing least-privilege access models across enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience managing IAM programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and strategic initiatives. Proven ability to independently drive complex projects with minimal supervision and ownership mindset. Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements within regulated industries, preferably BFSI. Experience presenting technical and program-level updates to executive leadership and client stakeholders. Excellent people management, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
