Leads the strategic HR direction for the assigned group/function, enabling enterprise priorities while serving as the primary HR Business Partner to the Vice President/Senior Leader of their function or group. Provides end-to-end Human Relations leadership across strategy development and execution. Acts as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and their teams, designing and implementing programs that advance both short- and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and direction for assigned groups or functions within the business unit. In conjunction with company-wide initiatives, develops programs and systems that enhance organizational capabilities and accelerate the ability to achieve business results. Troubleshoots large-scale operational and strategic issues. Responsible for all facets of HR functional strategy implementation: talent and performance management, compensation management, recruiting and staffing, communication. employee and labor relations. Partners with leadership teams to establish, and implement, functional strategy and direction particularly with respect to development of organizational capability, aligning with enterprise priorities. Provides leadership to management teams in order to identify functional and organizational opportunities relating to human resource policies, procedures and/or programs, influencing senior leaders in their function or group. Responsible for development of direct reports.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources of similar field of study. MBA preferred. 15+ years of progressive plant (CPG/FMCG) and business unit HR experience. 7+ years in Senior HR leadership roles. Networking capabilities, influencing others, clear and concise communicator, must build relationships and value people.
