To that end, OCES is looking for a dedicated Vice President of Human Resources who is instrumental in shaping OCES' corporate wide people and culture strategy, empowers a high performing compassionate workforce, while championing OCES' core values. They align and direct workforce planning, compliance and development with the OCES' mission. What you'll do: Provide strategic council to executive leadership team and the Board of Directors to safeguard the organization Lead long term workforce planning and organizational design to ensure sustainable staffing that supports a resilient workplace and combats burnout Establish comprehensive talent development and succession planning frameworks that build internal bench strength and cultivate leadership Proactively resolve operational bottlenecks by designing and embedding communication and collaborative work culture initiatives that empower staff to collectively solve challenges Drive policy and procedure protocols that result in zero compliance regulatory audit penalties leading to an empowered supervisory team Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Minimum of 10 years in Senior Administration or Executive Position Demonstrated knowledge and experience in collective bargaining and labor relations Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Experience using Human Resource Information Systems and workforce analytics (iSolved experience a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail HR Certification Preferred What you'll get: Ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals Great work/life balance: 35-hour work week with some flexibility; standard M-F workweek; hybrid work environment with 2 day in office requirement.
