Training and Advancement Opportunities Why This Job We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Technical Lead (HR Systems) to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support global, enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives, including SuccessFactors and other HR platforms. You will play a critical role in aligning HR systems with business priorities, shaping the HRIS roadmap, and enabling a scalable, future-ready architecture. This role will also serve as the HR AI Champion and go-to person for AI from an HR standpoint. The individual will partner with HR leadership, IT, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and business stakeholders to help build and execute the HR AI strategy, identify high-value AI use cases, and drive responsible AI adoption across HR to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, employee experience, and decision-making.
As the technical lead, you will serve as the subject matter expert for complex system challenges, partner closely with HR and IT stakeholders, and drive innovation through emerging technologies, including AI. This role is instrumental in managing HRIS projects, supporting annual HR cycles, and ensuring operational excellence across HR systems.

What You'll Do
Lead enterprise-wide global HRIS initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements, priorities and HR strategy
Contribute to the design and execution of the HRIS roadmap and future-state system architecture
Serve as the escalation point for complex system issues; lead root cause analysis and drive cross-functional resolution
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize and integrate Global HR systems, including: o SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, Reporting, Role-Based Permissions)
Lead and manage HRIS projects, processes, and deliverables
Partner with HR system SaaS vendors to maximize adoption of new features and continuously enhance system capabilities
Streamline HRIS production support by effectively collaborating with and guiding offshore and external resources
Coordinate and guide team members on initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery
Strengthening team capability through effective delegation and development, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
Support HR reporting and analytics by delivering accurate, actionable workforce insights
Manage system releases and upgrades for HR systems (SuccessFactors, Visier etc.), ensuring effective planning, testing, and deployment with minimal business disruption
Partner with COEs, HR, IT, and Compliance to ensure strong data governance, system security, and regulatory adherence
Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and system clearances, collaborating closely with IT and related teams
Serve as HR's AI Champion, helping define and execute the HR AI strategy, identifying and implementing high-value AI use cases, and driving adoption to improve productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience
Lead change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement efforts to maximize adoption of HR technology and AI-enabled solutions across the organization
What You'll Need
Deep experience with HR systems (including SuccessFactors), with strong knowledge of system architecture and configuration across modules
Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, integrations, and reporting frameworks
Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of influencing and driving results across cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to data integrity
A technology-forward mindset, with a passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve HR outcomes
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
Hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors and other HR technologies, including configuration, integrations, and release management
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
A collaborative, positive mindset with a focus on enhancing employee experience through technology
Your Education
Bachelor's degree with 6-9 years of HRIS experience, including enterprise system oversight and project leadership
