CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) invites nominations and applications for its inaugural Chief Human Resources Officer(CHRO), a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished HR executive who wants to do more than manage a function. The new CHRO will inherit acommitted HR team, strong executive support, and a solid foundation on which to build. The CHRO will advise executive leadership on workforcestrategy and organizational effectiveness; lead enterprise-wide workforce planning; strengthen recruitment, retention, compensation,employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning; and help position TAMIU as an employer of choice.
