Job Overview The Senior Manager, HR Shared Services is responsible for leading the delivery of centralized HR operations that support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role oversees key HR operations functions including employee lifecycle administration (onboarding through offboarding), HRIS data integrity, HR compliance, and process optimization. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, and Legal, this leader drives operational excellence, standardization, and scalable HR solutions that support business growth. Key Job Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team. Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave administration, and employment verifications. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR transactions while delivering an outstanding employee experience. Establish, monitor, and improve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and drive continuous process improvements. Partner with HRIS to optimize systems, improve data integrity, and expand employee self-service capabilities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
