Job Description

We're hiring a Compensation Analyst to support data-driven pay strategies that attract and retain top talent. In this role, you will analyze salary data, benchmark compensation, and support HR leadership in maintaining competitive pay structures. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel and HRIS skills who enjoys working with compensation data and influencing business decisions.
