At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Culinary Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Culinary Support Specialist is: Provide essential culinary services for VRH patients, staff, and visitors. They create, prepare, and serve meals to meet various dietary needs, including: low sugar, low salt, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more! The right candidate will not only learn creative recipes, but will play a role in collaborating with others to develop new, delicious meals and desserts. The individual should be reliable, hardworking and possess exceptional customer service skills. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: 1 year's experience in food preparation preferred, but not required. On-the-job training is provided for the right candidate. High integrity. Proven customer service skills.
