Bilingual Leave of Absence & Benefits Specialist at Ultimate Staffing Services Bilingual Leave of Absence & Benefits Specialist at Ultimate Staffing Services in Folsom, California Posted in about 7 hours ago. $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Bilingual Leave of Absence & Benefits Specialist $24-$30/hr DOE | Folsom, CA We're seeking a detail-oriented HR professional with direct experience administering employee leaves of absence and benefits programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees navigating FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, baby bonding, personal leaves, and related benefits matters. Bilingual Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities Administer employee leave programs, including

FMLA, CFRA, ADA

accommodations, PDL, baby bonding, and personal leaves Manage leave requests from initial intake through return-to-work, including eligibility determinations, tracking, employee communication, medical certifications, and required documentation Coordinate with employees, managers, benefits providers, and HR leadership regarding leave-related matters Support benefits administration, including enrollments, life event changes, and open enrollment Manage offboarding activities including exit interviews, COBRA notifications, and HRIS updates Maintain leave, absence, and turnover reporting and provide insights on trends Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations Required Qualifications Direct experience administering FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, and other employee leave programs Experience managing leave requests, medical certifications, documentation, tracking, and employee communications Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong understanding of leave administration compliance requirements Exceptional organization, documentation, and communication skills Experience with benefits administration preferred HRIS and reporting experience preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
