PM Pay:
$30-$35/hr. DOE Our client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Leave of Absence & Benefits Administrator to support employees and managers with leave administration, disability programs, accommodations, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing FMLA, ADA, CFRA, disability claims, and state leave programs, along with knowledge of employee benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Administer and coordinate employee leave programs, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, personal leaves, military leave, and state leave programs.
Manage leave requests, extensions, return-to-work processes, and required employee communications.
Coordinate Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and state disability claims.
Support the ADA interactive process and employee accommodation requests.
Maintain accurate leave, accommodation, and employee records.
Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
Process enrollments, life events, status changes, and benefit terminations.
Partner with vendors, carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve employee issues.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish, required
3+ years of experience administering LOA programs, including FMLA, ADA, CFRA, and disability claims.
Experience supporting employee benefits administration.
Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and state leave regulations.
Experience with HRIS, benefits platforms, and payroll systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
CEBS certification.
Experience with multi-state leave administration.
