$24/hr. Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join a growing benefits team in an administrative support capacity. This role is well-suited for someone looking to build a career in the insurance and employee benefits space, particularly individuals who excel in team environments, thrive in fast-paced settings, and bring a strong sense of accountability and organization to their work. No prior insurance experience is required-training will be provided. Success in this role is driven by reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Responsibilities Collect and review financial reports from insurance carriers and vendors Organize and maintain benefits-related data and documentation Provide day-to-day support to Benefits Analysts and assist with team initiatives Prepare materials and documentation for prospective clients and renewal cycles Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed Ensure accuracy and organization across multiple data sources and files Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred Skills & Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Attributes Experience working in team-oriented or fast-paced environments (such as customer-facing or service roles) Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and strong work ethic Involvement in team-based activities such as athletics, coaching, or group organizations Interest in developing a long-term career within the insurance or benefits industry All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
