SUMMARY Responsible for supporting the operational, financial and strategic needs of the department by providing day-to-day support and assistance to the vendor solutions group leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Executes and provides feedback on the Vendor Solutions Vendor/Carrier Addition process. Engages solutions for diligence reviews at the request of leadership. Tracks projects and deliverables within the Vendor Solutions Practice. Assists in development and owns tracking and reconciliation of practice revenue and expenses. Tracks and analyzes financial performance of certain strategic initiatives. Develops financial models for special projects including the department's budget. Performs analysis and assists on special projects as requested by management. Reviews market publications to identify trends within the employee benefits marketplace and summarizes findings for leadership. Assists in content development for internal newsletters. Assists with implementation of process and productivity improvement for the department. Assists with scheduling and meeting preparation, including presentations and analysis, for internal and external meetings. Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance, Accounting or Business One (1) or more years related work experience SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills Analytical skills Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills Ability and motivation to work independently Ability to interface with executives - internal and external Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Power Point and Excel at an advanced level #LI-KK1 #
