Pleasanton, CA (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Respond to participant inquiries related to pension eligibility, plan benefits, and application status. Provide clear guidance using benefits documentation, plan summaries, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to research complex cases and escalate issues appropriately. Maintain accurate case logs, documentation, and tracking reports. Support year?end activities, file audits, and data clean?up initiatives as needed. Assist with special projects related to pension administration and workflow optimization. Qualifications Experience working with pension, benefits, accounting, or HR?related data Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred. Strong customer service skills. High attention to detail with excellent data?entry accuracy and documentation discipline. Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort navigating multiple administrative systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a case?driven environment.
