IDR is seeking a Business Analyst
•Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This role involves supporting state government initiatives related to Medicaid policy and benefits administration, working closely with stakeholders to analyze and enhance the CBMS platform. The position offers a chance to contribute to meaningful public sector projects within a collaborative environment.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst
•Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS):
- Support the analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements for the CBMS platform supporting Colorado Medicaid programs.
- Collaborate with Medicaid stakeholders to understand policy changes, business processes, and system enhancements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities to ensure successful implementation.
- Create detailed business process documentation, use cases, and workflow diagrams to support project delivery.
- Requirements for the Business Analyst
•Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS):
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting large-scale government or healthcare technology initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of Colorado Medicaid policies, regulations, and eligibility processes.
- Previous experience working with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS).
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Experience facilitating meetings with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
