Community Benefit Data Analyst Senior Summary:
Develops system-wide evaluation of internal and external Community Benefit program investments, and advise Director on project status and outcomes. Utilizes high-level programming languages to automate data collection, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, data visualization, and report distribution. Understands and has experience with data warehouses, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), business analytics platforms, and database platforms. Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of analytics and reporting to meet the data decision needs. In partnership with the Sponsored Programs and Research team, extract patient data from medical record databases and perform advanced statistical analysis for approved research studies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify programs and policies that affect Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)-related quality outcomes. Utilizes multiple databases and systems to develop interactive dashboards and analyzes and reports innovative representations of data by using business intelligence-related technology. Analyzes report content and consolidates/transforms data into interactive dashboards. Utilizes data visualization tools to provide leaders and stakeholders with access to timely and relevant data for making informed strategic decisions. Provides data-driven insights and reports to external departments and leaders to promote health equity system-wide.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:
Master's Degree in Public Health;
Biostatistics or Epidemiology Required Experience :
Minimum 5-7 years of data analytics, preferably within a healthcare system
