Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Benefits Advisor, where you'll play a vital role in helping clients understand and enroll in their benefits plans. This position offers comprehensive paid training to set you up for success and provides an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in sales, benefits administration, and customer service. Duties Engage with potential clients through outbound telemarketing efforts to introduce benefits options and schedule appointments Assist customers in understanding various benefits plans, including insurance options and wellness programs Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable benefits packages tailored to individual or group requirements Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and marketing campaigns to expand outreach Manage sales administration tasks such as processing enrollments, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they understand plan details and answer any questions about benefits administration Support compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding sensitive customer information during all interactions Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly and confidently Outside sales experience or familiarity with retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is a plus Negotiation skills to help clients select the best benefits options for their needs Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency in sales administration tools and basic analysis skills for evaluating client needs and preferences Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of benefits administration processes and marketing strategies related to health insurance or wellness programs This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in sales, customer service, and benefits management while earning competitive pay.
