Software Requirement:
Hands-on experience with ADP (e.g., Workforce Now, TotalSource) required Randstad is currently partnering with a growing organization to recruit a skilled Payroll & Benefits Administrator. In this role, you will be the core owner of the organization's payroll operations and benefit programs through ADP, ensuring employee records, withholdings, and benefit enrollments run smoothly and in full compliance with state and federal standards.
Key Qualifications & Requirements Software Expertise:
Proven experience processing payroll and managing benefits within ADP (ADP Workforce Now, TotalSource, or equivalent ADP modules).
Experience:
3-5+ years of dedicated experience handling full-cycle payroll processing and health/welfare benefits administration.
Knowledge & Compliance:
Solid understanding of multi-state payroll, wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, garnishments, and federal regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, ERISA, 401k administration).
Skills:
High accuracy, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables for reconciliation), and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Communication:
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and communicate clearly with employees, management, and third-party benefit vendors.
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or a related field (FPC/CPP certification is a plus).

$55,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities xecute full-cycle, multi-state payroll (hourly and salaried) on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly) using ADP (e.g., ADP Workforce Now or TotalSource). Review timesheets, calculate overtime, track PTO, manage wage garnishments, child support orders, and process manual checks or off-cycle adjustments. Maintain data integrity within ADP by updating employee tax elections, direct deposit info, compensation adjustments, and status changes. Generate custom payroll reports, perform payroll-to-GL reconciliations, and support Finance with journal entries Oversee day-to-day operations for health and welfare programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and disability). Coordinate new hire benefits onboarding, process qualifying life events, and manage the annual Open Enrollment cycle. Perform monthly benefits reconciliation between ADP deductions and vendor carrier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, including FMLA, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability, and state-specific paid leave policies.
