Sr. Compensation Analyst | Jacksonville, FL, 32256 We are seeking an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst to join a growing HR team in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity for a compensation professional who can hit the ground running , work independently, and bring strong analytical and technical expertise to a fast-paced environment.

Work Setting:
Onsite What You'll Do In this role, you will provide compensation guidance and analysis to HR leaders and business partners while supporting a variety of compensation programs and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments Support job architecture, job leveling, and compensation structure development Analyze compensation data and provide actionable recommendations Support minimum wage requirements and regulatory compliance Maintain and analyze salary structures, including geographic differentials Conduct ongoing audits of compensation data related to market competitiveness, internal equity, and salary guidelines Support merit, bonus, incentive, and other compensation programs Perform advanced compensation analysis and identify trends Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate findings Evaluate compensation exceptions and provide recommendations Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation-related questions and programs Assist with compensation process improvements, systems, and data management Analyze the budget and financial impact of compensation changes Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: ✅ 4+ years of compensation experience , including compensation analysis, administration, and/or incentive design ✅ Strong knowledge of core compensation principles ✅ Experience with market pricing, job evaluation, internal equity, and job architecture/leveling ✅ Knowledge of minimum wage requirements and compensation regulations ✅ Advanced Excel skills , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, graphs, and working with large datasets ✅ Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings and recommendations in a clear, consumable format ✅ Strong PowerPoint and Word skills ✅ Experience with HRIS merit and/or bonus processing preferred ✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timelines ✅ A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while taking direction and prioritization from leadership Why This Opportunity?
